Nashville Emerging Artsts Night Vienna Concert reviews
Very good, a little short of great
If you appreciate witnessing a genuine artist hone their craft, it's hard to be left dissatisfied by the concert. Don't expect to be wowed by anything other than the raw talent of Nashville Emerging Artists Night, as they lack a flashy frontman. I believe the subdued visual effects were fitting; anything more may have taken away from the main attraction.
The minor drawbacks:
- I wish he had spent more time on stage, as his performance was under 2 hours and left me yearning for more. It was disappointing that some of my favorite songs were not performed (Change the World, The Border Song, Tears from Heaven, While My Guitar Gently Weeps).
- I had expected Roger Daltry's appearance as a 'special guest' to be more than just an opening act; I had hoped they would perform a couple of songs together.
